No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review product descriptions, sizing details, and images carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds in these cases.
Shipping Issues
Ethereal Atelier is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
