Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Ethereal Atelier is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed to the carrier. Please monitor tracking information and contact the carrier directly for issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Approved claims will be replaced subject to availability.
